By ZACH GILCHRIEST NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WSMV) Daniel Hambrick’s mother Vicki Hambrick told reporters Friday she would “get [Andrew] Delke,” after the former MNPD officer pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in her son’s shooting death on Friday. “I don’t care if I have to go to jail, I’m gonna get him,” Hambrick said. “His family is going get it. Tonight. They better run, they better run town. Officer Andrew Delke Decommissioned Metro Police Officer Andrew Delke will not go to trial next month for the fatal shooting of Daniel Hambrick, a Black man, in 2018. But he will be serving prison time. Hambrick family attorney Joy Kimbrough tells the Scene that Delke and his attorneys agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors that will see Delke sentenced to three years in prison.
