SMYRNA – Longtime Smyrna resident and Vice Mayor Marc Adkins announced today that he will run for re-election to the Smyrna Town Council.
“I’ve enjoyed serving the citizens of Smyrna for the past 13 years; I grew up here; and I went to high school here,” said Adkins, who is Principal Managing Broker at Parks Realty in Smyrna.
“We have a lot of projects in the works, and I would like to see them through to fruition. I also want to continue to foster 55-plus housing .
More than 200 people familiarized themselves with the personnel and operations of the Smyrna Police Department during the recent Fall National Night Out Against Crime Open House.
