Granville council, ODOT talk safety fears, traffic tied to bridge work

For several months, Granville officials have raised safety concerns they have regarding the project, particularly involving lines-of-sight challenges and resulting collision potential.
To date, most shared fears have focused on the safety of turns onto Lancaster Road in the township or South Main in the Village – “left turns, specifically, coming north into Granville, because the line of sight is challenging without either a lighting option or something that improves the line-of-sight when you’re looking to the south, attempting to turn left,” as Koehler previously put it. ....
