Kadzim said this was because his (Hassan s) resignation letter that was submitted by Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) yesterday was ineffective as it was pre-signed and undated. He added that Hassan had also submitted to him a Statutory Declaration (SD) that clearly stated that he had no intention to vacate the seat despite having exited Warisan. ....

Bernama reported that Hassan, a first-term assemblyman, would now support the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) government led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor. ADVERTISEMENT He did not disclose his immediate plans nor which party in the ruling GRS state coalition he would join. Hassan is the first assemblyman to cross floors following the Sept 26 snap Sabah elections that saw the Warisan Plus state government toppled by the then opposition coalition. ....
