Russian people. But we do have a disagreement with mr. Putins view of the world, and more particularly, with his ideas about what is acceptable in going about achieving his objectives. I think we should be reading the doctrines. And that leads me to my next question. And that is, how is it that are we underestimating the risk here . The former u. S. Ambassador to moscow said, british diplomacy toward russia and elsewhere has suffered because of a loss of language skills, particularly in the foreign office. Now, we know the opening of the language, thats a good thing, but were not committing or have not committed enough resources to Eastern Europe and russia. Is that your take on things . Do we need to invest now more . I think we are reinvesting in russia and Eastern Europe now. But there is no doubt that this is well trodden ground, over a decade or more the uk lost traction. And my predecessor spent a lot of time and energy rebuilding that engagement with the world, and that is inclu
Of care. Many experienced obstacles while trying to establish needed care being treated in the emergency room. The lack of followup coordination and quality and continuity of care, many of these is troubling and unacceptable. The most troubling issue described in the report was the awareness of the ongoing scheduling and challenges that many facilities face. As the phoenix va employee i have suffered retalation for speaking and out section four and five outlies the specific things the va uses to realitate against whistle blowing. The va has routinely intimidated any employee that brings forth information that is contrary to what they would like to submit to the public. Ten days after the national va received my report i was placed on administrative leave for a month and investigating for misconduct because i provided limited amounts of patients information in order to support my allegations of the suicide trend and the facilities inappropriate response. I would receive a written counseling stating i have violated a policy but do this day they will not tell me what i violated. This is minor realitation given the last three years. During that time we were understaffed and there wasnt staff to wash beds, answer telephones, deliver patients and transport labs. Doctors and nurses were pulled away from direct patient care to perform these duties
