PHILADELPHIA  Kevon Seymour hadn’t appeared in an NFL game in more than a year, and his football career had been derailed by a double shoulder surgery, a hamstring injury and then wrist surgery. He was a free agent. He wasn’t on a practice squad. He got gym memberships to Planet Fitness and LA Fitness, and he took a job at Wheel & Tire Exchange in Charlotte, North Carolina, to help provide for his wife and their three children. ....
