CHICAGO, Dec. 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Verano Holdings, LLC (“Verano” or the “Company”), a leading multi-state cannabis operator, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to consummate a go-public transaction in Canada (the “Transaction”).
