When the mercury nears 100. I dont like it. I cant be out in it, i get lightheaded and almost pass out. I cant stand the heat. Its very devastating. Reporter area swimming pools are packed with families in search of relief. Not many kids complaining here. As even some parents are splashing their way through the day. Kids love it, yeah its okay that its hot, because it doesnt last and i know its going to go away. Might as well enjoy it for the days its here. Reporter many of livermores lawns have been allowed to dry up during the drought, there are certain things worth running the water for. City fountains are flowing and kids are thankful.
