Portland police shot and killed a man Wednesday morning in an industrial district near Portland International Airport. Details are sparse, but a Portland Police bureau (PPB) spokesperson confirmed at the scene that an officer opened fire on an adult man while responding to a call about someone stealing electricity from a nearby business just after 10 a.m. at NE 92nd and Marx. According to police, two officers from PPB’s North Precinct responded to an RV.
