After just two hours of deliberation in Superior Court yesterday afternoon, a six-person jury has found Venitus “Vince” Ruwaath not guilty of the charge of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree.
The alleged victim in an ongoing sexual abuse trial in Superior Court took to the witness stand yesterday morning and faced her alleged perpetrator to categorically state that she is not lying when she accused the man of molesting her when she was only about 11 or 12 years old.
