Vicky and Dino got engaged in 2018 and would have been married last year in Tuscany, Italy, were it not for the pandemic.
She said that they started trying for a baby after the wedding was put off and had thought it might take time - but three months after coming off the pill they conceived.
Vicky, who lost her right leg in the Alton Tower crash, said that she was amazed when the test came up positive and she burst into tears.
Vicky said that after an emotional rollercoaster the newborn was successfully delivered through an emergency C-Section
