Reporter parents say the district has done little to address the bullying, parents plan to attend a School Board Meeting tonight to demand action. The 8yearold boys father says the school is partly at fault. Without the right trained individuals in place he can get very frustrated. Some of those may manifest in some aggression. They have failed our son, they have failed the community, they have failed these parents and other children. Reporter the father says when the family moved to clayton recently, they gave the district an individual Education Plan that would help the boy thrive. He says it worked well at a Previous School but the district did not give the special needs student any extra help. We are going to hear more from School Officials about this a ....
Anderson. It seems like he i dont know if it was the cameras that gave him the warning that Law Enforcement was approaching. He did fire at Law Enforcement when they initially came. Right. What they did discover is they did have that exchange. He was alive on that first contact. It wasnt until that second contact after that exchange of fire that thats when they discovered that he took his life. There was that exchange of fire, then the first team backed off basically, got people away from the rooms in the surrounding rooms. Do we know how long the gap was between that and when the s. W. A. T. Team actually arrived to breach the door. Its unclear as far as the ticktock. It was 74 minutes from the shooting to when they were able to reach the room.
