The victims are a 23yearold, his wife and her sister who was 19. The suspect craig hiks turned himself in after the shooting and was charged with three counts of firstdegree murder. He had a dozen firearms and a large stash of ammunition in his home according to search warrants. He shot the three students over an ongoing dispute over parking.
