A special probe panel has recommended improved safety protocol and better use of technological tools to prevent a repeat of tragic incidents that claimed the lives of three railway workers. The panel suggests the installation of advanced alert systems, equipping trains with front-facing cameras, and assigning dedicated lookout personnel to warn track maintenance teams.
The committee has put the primary reponsibility on these factors and did not put any responsibility on anyone else for the incident that led to the loss of three lives. It, however, gave a set of nine recommendations for improvement while working on track to prevent such incidents in future.
