We dont know if this was after that because there was another location or what have you but nonetheless the Howard University home coming parade will get under way. Street closures will begin about 309 this morning from fairmont street on the north down to florida avenue on the south. If you head down this way or youre heading across town just expect delays and closures because of that. A parade gets under way due to be over about 1 00 p. M.
