justice gilmore, can i ask about this initiative and the efforts to try to go after the gunman you fractures. is there a legal argument to be made that this is worth pursuing more aggressively, and that guns, if they are ultimately used in the killing of people in this way, that there is more responsibility for them to be had? we know that there have already been some cases where that tactic has been utilized, and it has been met with various success. there are cases in which there have been good manufacturers that been held responsible for the outcome of shootings and others that have not been as successful. i don t think that there is anything that should be left off the table, in terms of our efforts at this point in time to try to curve gun violence in the united states, whether there are more efforts to do
