Garden City-based FCA has received a $294,126 grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. The grant is to support FCA’s Newcomers Resource Center in Hempstead, which provides services for Long Island’s growing immigrant population.
“We honor the legacy of Mother Cabrini by funding activities, programs, and initiatives that help bridge gaps in health services, bolster the health outcomes of diverse communities, and eliminate barriers to care,” Msgr. Gregory Mustaciuolo, Mother Cabrini Health Foundation’s CEO, said in a statement. ....
