The city of Oceanside is celebrating its booming beverage industry with a new marketing promotion called O'side Sips. It's a way to get city residents and visitors to recognize that the city has 29 microbreweries, wine-tasting rooms, coffeehouses, tea shops and distilleries in its downtown area.
