Framerica Corp, a manufacturer of architectural mouldings for flooring and picture frames, is expanding in Yaphank.
The company plans to open a new location at 19 Nicholas Drive in Yaphank, and purchase equipment. The company already two locations, one at 2 Todd Court in Yaphank, the other at 885 Waverly Avenue in Holtsville.
The Nicholas Drive location is currently a multi-tenant vacant warehouse space and will be used for manufacturing, warehousing and shipping of products. Framerica will be leasing 84,500 sq. feet of the 232,000 sq. feet of the premises. The project will add 16 new employees over a two-year period. ....
