Philip republicans are putting a something they feel confident can pass and get the support of the public, it is not substantially different enough to change the minds of a lot of americans. A lot of parts of the bill, particularly medicaid and cutting taxes for the wealthy, those are the most problematic parts. Jeff that is an interesting point. There was some talk the senate bill might be completely different. They would throw everything out and start over, and that is not the case. The Broad Strokes are about the same as the house bill. There are a few changes to the tax credit and medicaid, but when we see the cbo score next week, i dont think it will be that different.
