Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival: Music Fest 2021: The 21st annual festival features entertainment by Joyce Irby with Guitar G. Force (Saturday) and Sheila E. with Jonathan McReynolds (Sunday). Tickets are available for virtual and live viewing. Live tickets are sold in pairs to allow for social distancing. Masks are required and temperatures will be screened. Everyone entering is required to fill out a health survey, which will be e-mailed in advance. $20-$70. 1-9 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, 600 N Ashley Drive, Tampa.
