Weve heard forcyte sometime across the country and in the bay area a change for the use of deadly force, and the use of bullets and batons. A friend of mine many years ago chaired with me a dilemma they had. They said they wanted change in their life and wouldnt stand for it, and thats what i hear here in the bay area. Theyre calling for change, but when change is offered, they wont stand for it. Tazers are not a persolutionfe solution. Theyre not the only solution, but they are an alternative to the use of guns, theyre an alternative to the use of batons.
