Hillsboro Fire extracted the driver from his dump truck that ended up down a ravine and caught fire after an accident about 4:35 p.m. Monday, June 10, along southbound Hwy. 21 in the Hillsboro area.
A 56-year-old De Soto man was arrested for an alleged DWI on May 17, 2024, after he was driving a Jeep on Hwy. E and ran off the road, where the vehicle overturned.
A 29-year-old De Soto man was arrested April 24 for a DWI after a crash on Sunrise School Road and Hwy. E. The other driver, Stephon Seidl of De Soto, was seriously injured.
Jacob Stoops of Louisiana, Mo., was injured on Hwy. 21 between Hillsboro and Otto April 8. Nathan Helmig of Maryland Heights was driving the other vehicle.
