The court rejected her bail application, and remanded her in five days of police custody. Jatkar, Vadgaon Maval court’s sitting judicial magistrate, was booked by Dehu Road police under charges of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) revealed the conspiracy between Jatkar and arrested prime accused Shubhavari Gaikwad, who was nabbed by the sleuths on January 15 while accepting a bribe of Rs 2.5 lakh.
