vaccines? yes. we can scale production in the united states. we can increase production. the nih moderna vaccine, the one you referred to earlier, they created a plant and had it up and running in new hampshire in a matter of four months. it creates 1 billion vaccines. you can imagine that you could create two or three or four other such plants in the united states in short order. it would be an american product. it would give more american jobs. you could supply the world with vaccine. you could build vaccine plants in other places as china has done or support other countries to do the vaccine as russia has done. people think that the cost is going to be exorbitant. estimates is it s $12 billion to do this. it will take four to six months. there are a number of models through which this can be done. thanks very much for the report and for explaining it.
