Olmsted County Public Health Director Graham Briggs said 38,000 county residents have gotten a first dose. 22,000 have received both doses that is about 14.3% of the population that s fully vaccinated, Briggs said.
However, the bad weather across much of the rest of the nation has now lead to shipping delays and no new vaccine doses arriving.

(KTTC) With new options for the vaccine seemingly popping up every day, people remain confused about where they can sign up for a vaccine or if they are even eligible.
The Minnesota Department of Health s (MDH) Vaccine Connector Tool is a good way to find those answers.
Through this new sign up program, the state hopes to identify who needs the vaccine. It even has translators to better access underrepresented communities.
Even after connecting people to a vaccination site, there is still the problem of limited supply. Minnesota has been receiving just under 90,000 doses a week from the federal government according the MDH commissioner Jan Malcolm.
