Do myd really like to work and pull back the veil, reduce the amount of secrecy so that different people can do with it what they will. Community groups can do with it what they will come up policymakers can do with it what they will. At least reduce the imbalance or the information asymmetry, where civilians dont know what the police are doing with big data.
