USPS has chosen the manufacturer for its soon-releasing Electric Mail Truck, which would replace the current postal service delivery vans that are gas-powered with zero-emissions technology for the environment. The federal agency has been searching for the manufacturer of its electric trucks to change the way of deliveries and it has landed with Oshkosh Defense.

Despite the many applicants and interested parties who have joined in presenting prototypes, designs, and bids with the United States Postal Service (USPS), one stood out and has secured the contract with the agency.
