A Use Permitted on Review request to establish a Go Kart Track entertainment facility at 2100 E. Harding Avenue in a B-3, Highway Commercial zone was approved Tuesday by the city of Pine Bluff Planning Commission during its monthly meeting held at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
