MANILA Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman announced Tuesday the launching of DBM's second official Facebook page "Usapang Budget" that aims to connect with and relate budget concerns to ordinary Filipinos. Pangandaman said it will inform the people of the latest information on the government budget and spending in an engaging, less technical manner. "In the spirit of good governance, we want to reach out to more people to let them know what (the) government is doing with their money in a way that even the common folks will understand," she said. Usapang Budget will feature updates on the plans, programs, activities, and projects of the administration in a manner that will be easily understood by the public.
