We would normally ask them to stand and be recognized but that is not possible this year and if as you see them helping in various capacities please take a moment to thank them for their work. I would also like to take a moment to recognize the enormous effort taken by our assistant director jennifer and office of elearning director of instructional design henry for leading this years conference. All around washington but nonetheless reflecting a real divergence and breadth of thinking, experience and approach. In thinking about these kinds of conflicts with a lot of broad strategic expertise and also a lot of Field Research and handsonexpertise. For the first time ever, we hit over 1200 registrations.
