ON top of the conduct of its country-wide service caravans, which aimed to give basic government service to far-flung municipalities, the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) has actively supported and facilitated the development of the Quezon City (QC) People s Plan in collaboration with the QC local government unit to help cope with the changes brought by housing and infrastructure developments in the country.
