A PROJECT designed to assist young people with their education by providing support outside of timetabled studies has launched. The Tendring Study Zones initiative will look to provide safe and well-connected venues for young people to study in. Run by Essex Council, it will be taking place throughout 2021/22 and referrals are now open, with the first batch being reviewed on May 14. It is hoped the project will help to support young people at a time where Covid-19 is having a significant impact on their education. Essex Youth Service, a branch of the council, is working in partnership with Essex Libraries to provide the service.
