Fehlende Gewerbesteuer: Münchner Haushaltslage desaströs

Offenbar wird die Regierung von Oberbayern kein grünes Licht geben für die Finanzplanung der Landeshauptstadt München im kommenden Jahr. Das geht aus dem Entwurf für den sogenannten Eckdatenbeschluss der Kämmerei hervor, über den heute im Münchner Stadtrat diskutiert wird. Der Eckdatenbeschluss dient dazu, die ehrenamtlichen Stadträte frühzeitig über die Haushaltslage zu informieren und gegebenenfalls gegenzusteuern.
Haushaltslage München: Halbe Milliarde Euro zu wenig
Laut der Schätzung klafft nach derzeitigen Planungen im laufenden Betrieb ein Loch von rund 476 Millionen Euro in der Münchner Kasse, das nicht durch neue Schulden gedeckt werden darf. Kommunen sind in Deutschland stark reglementiert, was die Kreditaufnahme betrifft. So dürfen Kosten, die durch den laufenden Betrieb einer Kommune entstehen, nicht durch Schulden gegenfinanziert werden. Etwas anders sieht es bei Investitionen aus. ....

New Delhi: Healthcare is expected to get top priority in the Union Budget 2021-22 in terms of resource allocation and policy support amid a once-in-a-century pandemic, according to an industry survey.
About 40% of 550 respondents to the pre-budget expectations survey conducted by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) said the healthcare sector would receive priority in the budget, to be presented by finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday. ....
