Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath reviewed progress of the Jal Jeevan Mission and Namami Gange projects, aiming to provide tap water to every household in the Vindhya-Bundelkhand region by August. He called for intensified efforts to provide tap water to every household and directed officials to ensure that every household in the region gets tap water supply by August. The state government is working to provide pure drinking water to 2.65 crore rural families of the state.
