Dylan Smith, 21, pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on Tuesday to driving without a licence (SPER suspended). Police prosecutor Carl Spargo read the facts of Smithâs case to the court and Magistrate Bevan Manthey. On March 21, about 2.30am, police were conducting patrols on Goondoon St when they intercepted a silver Mazda and Smith submitted to a breath test and licence check. Smith provided a Queensland provisional driverâs licence, however, checks showed it was SPER suspended as of March 19. ....

Rachel Michelle Pomare, 27, pleaded guilty in the Gladstone Magistrates Court to driving without a driverâs licence. Around 8.30am on March 23 police conducting patrols on Harvey Road, Clinton observed the defendant driving a white Ford falcon. Pomare identified herself as the driver and submitted to a roadside breath test and licence check. Jayden Scott Neil Moody, 19, pleaded guilty to more than 10 charges in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on February 8, including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and evading police. Magistrate Cornack said Moody had been driving like a maniac and it was only by luck he had not injured or killed another motorist or pedestrian. Lalabhai Ramanlal Patel pleaded guilty on January 11 at Emerald Magistrates Court to driving under the influence of liquor and driving without a licence. Patel was pulled over at 2.40am on November 29, 2020, while driving on Campbell Ford Dve, Emerald. He returned a blood-alcohol content reading of .155, over the high alcohol limit. Police prosecutor Sergeant Kevin Ongheen said Patel had no traffic history, but at the time of the offence he provided an international Indian drivers licence that expired in April, 2019. ....
