中国青年报客户端南京讯（实习生曾文静中青报·中青网记者李润文）近日，一份民间救援组织创建的“待救援人员信息”文档获得海量访问。南京财经大学红山学院人力资源专业2052班学生龙洁勇是《救命文档》的提议创建者，和文档创建者Manto一起作战，也是卓明灾害救援的志愿者。
《救命文档》创建自7月20日晚8点，命名为“河南暴雨互助”。之后，龙洁勇提议改用在线文档，Manto迅速响应，建立了在线文档。
龙洁勇去年刚作为志愿者，参加武汉抗疫工作。这次救灾他感到“手忙脚乱”。“战疫没有那么紧张，原来是缺物资，现在缺救助。”
最开始信息来自微博，他们发动了200人组建信息核实群，分组分任务，把信息进行一对一电话核实。之后根据水情、地理位� ....
