Search begins for new O.B. town administrator
Oak Bluffs is interviewing three consulting firms to assist in their search for a new town administrator.
Oak Bluffs began its search for a new town administrator Tuesday night by setting up interviews with several consulting firms.
Last month, town administrator Robert Whritenour announced he was being hired as the new Yarmouth town administrator. Contract negotiations are still being worked out with Yarmouth, and he is expected to stay in his Oak Bluffs role for the next two months.
Selectmen directed Whritneour to set up interviews with the University of Massachusetts Edward J. Collins Jr. Center for Public Management, Community Paradigm Associates, and Groux-White Consulting. ....
