A celebrated pianist accused of sexually abusing a girl over four years from the time she was 14 says their relationship was always consensual.
Jeremy So has been charged with 18 sex offences which allegedly took place when he was studying at Sydney s Conservatorium of Music.
His barrister, Phillip Boulten SC, told Central Local Court on Thursday everything that happened between his client and the underage girl was consensual.
There was no doubt there was a relationship between them, Mr Boulten said. 
When they first met he was still either 16 or 17 and when most of the offences are said to have occurred he was still a very young person.  ....
