太浩湖南部野火蔓延一夜增至18,000英亩 | 加州 | 塔玛拉克野火 | Tamarack Fire

【大纪元2021年07月19日讯】（大纪元记者陈柏州综合报导）上周日（7月18日），位于加州太浩湖（Lake Tahoe）南部、马克利维尔（Markleeville）镇附近的“塔玛拉克野火”（Tamarack Fire），一夜之间燃烧面积扩大到18,000英亩，太浩湖以南14个社区、数百名居民被迫撤离。
“塔玛拉克野火”于7月4日因闪电引发，由美国国家森林局（U.S Forest Service）负责监控。当局表示，上周五（16日）晚间，“塔玛拉克野火”燃烧面积只有500英亩，但在接下来的36小时，火势迅速蔓延至18,000英亩，至少烧毁2座建筑。
一开始只有50名消防员进行灭火，但火势并未受控，上周六（17日）“塔玛拉克野火”一度包围马克利维尔镇，当局立刻增员抢救，所幸并未波及当地大部分建筑物，目前该野火持续往北蔓延。截至上周日早上，参与灭火的消防员已超过120人。
