Officer with the Manalapan Police Department since October 2019.
He previously served as a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer with the Point
Pleasant Beach Police Department after graduating from the Ocean County Police
Academy in May 2018. Schou has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stockton University.
Patrolman Hayden Hrymack has served as a Class II Special Law Enforcement
Officer with the Manalapan Police Department since January 2021.

The regime’s actions under the so-called “Foreign Agents Law” forced the closure last week of two bastions of free expression: the Nicaragua chapter of PEN International and the Violeta Barrios de Chamorro Foundation. These developments further suffocate Nicaraguan civil society and take the country further away from free and fair elections in November. Ortega is driving Nicaragua toward dictatorship.
