By Srishti Prabha | OBSERVER Staff Writer - The district’s negotiations with its five major labor partners Sacramento City Teachers Association, Service Employees International Union Local 1021, Teamsters Classified Supervisors, Teamsters Local 150 and United Professional Educators on 2022-23 contracts finally reached a conclusion at the end of last year.
