A DUDLEY charity is relaunching its successful United Hands appeal to help struggling families after it was postponed last year because of the pandemic. The original appeal in 2019 saw 22 organisations, including schools, churches, businesses and the police come together to collect 1,000 items of food, toiletries and clothes. They were packaged up and so that more than 100 packages were handed out at a special soup kitchen event in partnership with Champions Church Brierley hill. The idea was to make it an annual event, but Covid put a paid to that last year. Now the Saleem Foundation (TSF) has announced the second United Hands appeal. ....
