During the analyst meeting, United Docks presented two main projects, namely the construction of 4 office towers in Caudan Waterfront and a
Park and Ride facility of 800 bays in Trou Fanfaron.
Construction of the four office towers, known as “The Docks” has already started in October 2020. The total proposed investment in the projects
