KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution has filed an appeal against a High Court decision acquitting and discharging Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad of corruption charges amounting to RM2.8mil involving a RM150mil investment in Public Mutual Berhad unit trust.
KUALA LUMPUR: Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin maintains that he was freed from corruption charges due to weaknesses in the prosecution’s case and has nothing to do with any other political leader.
