KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad have filed an appeal against the High Court’s decision to reject their motion to review the Session’s Court order calling for their defence on three corruption charges involving a total of RM2.8 million relating to a RM150 million investment in a Public Mutual Berhad fund.

Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad has requested a notice of motion be filed to review the decision of the Sessions Court which ordered the actress to defend herself on charges of bribery of RM2.8 million to be heard together with her husband Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin’s application before the same judge at the High Court here
