STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Joe D’Angelo of Unique Lounge says he’s ecstatic that the Governor’s Office nixed the 11 p.m. COVID-19 curfew for his industry. After 13 months, the billiard hall owner welcomed back customers to the traditional 4 a.m. closing time it maintained prior to the pandemic. ....
