In his career he is known as really good at dealing with workers and working as a team and this will certainly be a very early test of his leadership at the company, and if he can bring the company through, really minimise the time of the strike because of course the impact of the strike, if he can deal with it relatively quickly, then that will be very good for him but of course the longer this goes on the more of a challenge this will be for boeing and it will raise more questions about whether he migh
