There could finally be some justice for thousands of families who were unknowingly poisoned by the water they drank in one of the most shameful government failures this country has seen in some time. The Michigan Attorney general filing criminal charges today against state and local government officials for alleged felony offenses that amounted to a coverup of the water crisis in flint. Thousands of flint children may now face a lifetime of impairment from drinking leadcontaminated water. And the ag said the three employees charged today failed to stop it from happening. Government in 1986 as a staff historian at the army center of military history, where he served for 14 years before he joined the cia. During his time with the agency he also served in rotational assignments as deputy and chief historian at the National Reconnaissance office and at the office of director of National Intelligence.
