And the couple says the owners of the other dog just stood there and watched brad sweeney and his fiancee allison cole were walking their new puppy moe at sharon woods park sunday afternoon. But shortly after they got there they say a family with its own dog asked to see moe. Within seconds the other dog bit the puppy in the face. The couple says the family did nothing as the dog ripped the right side of the puppys mouth.
